Mystara holds dominion over all magic in Aenea. It is her spirit which regulates the flow of mystical energies and it is her will that allows wizards, priests, and other creatures to control magic. She often receives prayers from wizards attempting difficult spells and from others hoping to avoid the effects of dangerous magic. It is rumoured that her silver and green garbed priests are able to use the powers of wizards.

Priest Features:
Magical Sight: A priest of Mystara gains a constant detect magic ability upon reaching 4th level as an extraordinary ability.
Resistance to Magic: A spellpriest gains a +1 resistance bonus to all saves against magical effects at every cleric level divisible by 3.
Divine Arcania: Starting at 3rd level, a priest of Mystara can sacrifice one normal cleric spell per spell level to prepare an arcane spell of two levels lower. For example, a 3rd level cleric could use one 2nd-level slot to cast mage hand, while a 7th level cleric could use up 1 2nd-level, 1 3rd-level, and 1 4th-level slot to prepare mage hand, magic missile, and invisibility. Such spells take effect as wizard spells cast by a wizard of the cleric's level (for determining range, damage, and other variable effects), but are cast as clerical spells (they can be cast in armor, and use the cleric's Wisdom to determine the save DC).
