This arrow is carved from oak and tipped with a narrow head made from flint. When this arrow is fired from a bow and strikes a target, it inflicts normal damage and the target becomes the center of the effects of a fireball spell cast by a 5th level wizard (5d6 fire damage in a 20' radius burst, Reflex DC: 14 for 1/2). The arrow is destroyed when used.
