This arrow is carved from maple and tipped with a narrow head made from polished quartz. When this arrow is fired from a bow and strikes a target, it inflicts normal damage and the target becomes the center of the effects of a silence spell cast by a 3rd level cleric (no save, but SR applies). The arrow is destroyed when used.
