A medium shield made from elven silversteel (an alloy of mithril, silver, and iron), this item is a shield +2 that glows with pale blue light when used by a paladin. When used by anyone else, its weight increases (from 2 pounds to 30 pounds) and it loses the +2 enhancement bonus.
