This enchantment causes the victim (a humanoid of medium or smaller size and less than 5 Hit Dice) to believe for a single round that he or she is covered in dozens of different spiders that are trying to bite them. The victim takes no actions for the duration of the spell other than trying to brush the spiders off. The victim is not stunned or helpless (so attackers get no special advantage against him or her), but he or she can't move, cast spells, use mental abilities, etc.
