When this spell is cast, a 3 inch diameter sphere of compact silvery spider webs appears hovering above the caster's hand and immediately flies toward the target of the spell. The caster must make a ranged touch attack to strike an enemy. If the attack is successful, the target is covered in thin silvery spider webs that begin to drain his or her Strength. The victim must make a Fortitude save or else suffer an enhancement penalty to Strength of -1d6, with an additional -1 point per two caster levels (maximum additional penalty of -5). The subject's Strength score cannot drop below 1.
