You make yourself (including clothing, armor, weapons, and equipment) sound different. You can make such sounds louder or quieter, change your voice (even so far as sounding like someone of the opposite sex), and alter the types of sounds made when moving.

When used to quiet the sounds of movement, you gain a +10 bonus on Move Silently checks. When used as part of a disguise, you gain a +5 bonus on Disguise checks where sounds plays a role (such as impersonating a person or altering the sound of clothing to match the new look granted by change self).
