This spell causes the creature touched to take on several aspects that allow them to survive under the surface of water with ease. The affected creature is able to breath water as easily as he does air. His fingers become webbed, his legs and arms grow fins, and his eyes alter to see better under water. The creature touched gains a swim speed of 40 and need not make swim checks for the duration. He can see twice the distance underwater that a normal humanoid can. Any attacks the creature makes with his natural or hand-held weapons do not suffer penalties from water resistance.
