This is a potent spell designed to aid the priest in his or her role as a healer. When cast, the priest's non-magical cloak changes into a mantle of glowing energy from the Positive Material Plane.

While this spell is in effect, the cleric gains power from the energy of the cloak. All healing spells cast by the priest heals the normal amount, plus 50% of the possible amount (rounded up). For example, an 8th level cleric casting cure moderate wounds that normally heals 2d8+8 points would now heal 2d8+20 points (2d8+8+12).

In addition to improved healing ability, the cleric under this spell can turn undead as if he or she were one level higher. Due to the intense positive energy worn by the cleric, unintelligent undead will not touch or attack the cleric unless specifically ordered to.

Focus: The casting cleric's non-magical cloak, which must be worn for the entire duration of the spell. Premature removal of the cloak instantly ends the spell.
