Starting Equipment:
1st level characters begin with 200 gp and are able to purchase items at standard market prices.
Races:
PCs in Aenea are of the standard PHB races (dwarf, elf, gnome, halfling, half-elf, half-orc, human).
Classes:
PCs in Aenea are able to take any of the standard PHB base classes, with modifications to druids and rangers.
Character Death:
Should a Player Character be killed during an adventure and not brought back to life through magic or other means, that Player must make up a new and different character (different race and/or class than the deceased character), which will be brought into the game as quickly as possible within the same adventure.
The new character will start out with enough experience points to start at one level lower than the old character at his/her time of death, but will always be within at least one level of the lowest level surviving party member.
The DM will determine the amount and type of money or equipment the new character starts with.
