Let's do this Question & Answer style...

Q: How do you say your name?
A: It's pronounced "brew-ha". Yes, like in the word "brouhaha". And yes, I know what "bruja" means in Spanish. The name is originally from Bohemia, a historical region of the modern day Czech Republic.

Q: Where are you from?
A: I grew up in the small town of Elroy, Wisconsin. I moved to the Valley in August of 1999.

Q: Do you like school?
A: Definitely. In fact, I was in school for 19 years before I became a teacher (and I'm still taking a few classes):
• 13 years - kindergarten through high school graduation
• 5 years - college (got a degree in recreation management)
• 1 1/2 years - graduate school (teacher education and working on a master's degree)

Q: Do you have any children?
A: Yes. I have two young boys. One is 1, the other is 4.

Q: What do you do when you're not at school?
A: I sleep. Actually, I play with my family, read, watch a little TV, listen to music, cook, work on my house, play games, sometimes see movies, and then sometimes sleep. Oh, and I plan lessons, grade homework, and think about what my students will be doing the next school day.
