There are ten gods and ten goddessess in the pantheon of Aenea. Each controls different aspects of the worldm and priests of the different deities have different abilities. Certain items or creatures may react differently depending on what deity you follow. The deities have been known to sometimes show favor on their worshippers, granting assistance or rewards for loyalty. Before entering the World of Aenea proper, you will have to choose one of these deities as your patron. Make this choice wisely, as it cannot be changed later. If you are a priest and you stray from the alignments allowed by your deity, you will not be able to cast spells until you find an altar and atone for your deeds or perform deeds that shift your alignment back to one accepted by your deity (atonement via an altar costs XP). DOMAINS: Default cleric domains are not used in Aenea. The first time you level up as a cleric, the game will automatically remove the unused "domain feats". Cleric powers tied to their deity are granted at level up automatically. Special granted spell feats, given at different priest levels, can be used from the radial menu or quickbar. Certain priests are able to bless special items, such as holy water. Use the VC command ;;god bless help to learn more about this ability. Follow the links on the left to learn more about the individual deities, their priests, and their other followers. |
