He is worshipped by those that would uphold the law, and is feared by those that would commit crimes. As the god of knowledge, he is followed closely by scholars and wizards. His priests are often called upon to preside over disputes. Kalas' priest wear black, gray, and white, signifying their ability to view that which is apparent and that which is not. Priesthood of Kalas Titles: Judge, Truthseeker, or Arbitrator Priests of Kalas are sought after as experts in matters of law and truth, and as sages and scholars in countless fields of study. Most are said to be able to detect a lie without the use of magic, and some are known to hand out rewards and punishments to those that deserve them. Most priests of Kalas dress in black, gray, and white, showing that they see matters from all sides. Special: Every 3rd level, clerics of Kalas gain a +1 bonus to all Knowledge skills. At first level, they gain Spell Focus in divination magics and they radiate light to facilitate reading. At 12th level, they gain a +5 bonus to Lore checks and become immune to sneak attacks. Alignment Restrictions: Any good or neutral Granted Spells: Upon attaining the listed levels, the cleric is able to cast each of the following granted spells once per day. Level 3: hold person Level 6: glyph of warding Level 10: clairaudience/clairvoyance Level 14: true seeing Level 18: enhanced hold Favored Weapon: Mace Followers Follower Alignment Restrictions: None Favor for Followers: By calling on Kalas (VC command: ;;god bless me), pious followers may be granted a divine favor. The possibilities: - Detention: magically hold humanoid nearby enemies for 3 rounds (piety cost: 50) - True Sight: true seeing ability for 2 minutes (piety cost: 30)
