They provide protection from the elements, make a fashion statement, and can be woven with magical power. Weather Protection: During winter in Aenea, characters venturing outdoors can be harmed by the cold weather. Wearing any type of cloak protects the character from this cold. Wings: Cloaks in Aenea do not hide a character's wings. Examples: Cloak of Elvenkind: Use of this type of cloak allows the wearer to better blend into his or her surroundings when hiding. Cloak of the Bat: Use of this type of cloak gives the wearer protection against darkness and the ability to grow wings and fly at night.
