Magebreaker Magebreaker (prestige class)

Perhaps wounded by spellcasters in the past, or maybe raised by a cult of strict magic haters, the Magebreaker devotes his or her life to destroying magic of all sorts. So powerful is this conviction, the Magebreaker's very touch has the potential to destroy magic. Some can even focus their will into a weapon they hold in order to make striking down spellcasters easier.

Requirements

Class: Barbarian, Non-Spellcaster (no spellcasting classes allowed)
Saving Throws: Fortitude 5, Will 3

Proficiencies: Armor Proficiency (Heavy), Weapon Proficiency (Exotic)
Skill Points: 2 + Int modifier
Class Skills: Craft Armor, Craft Trap, Craft Weapon, Discipline, Heal, Listen, Lore, Parry, Taunt
Primary Saving Throws: Fortitude
Base Attack Bonus: +1 per level

Level Progression

1: Spell Resistance - The Magebreaker gains spell resistance equal to 5 per Magebreaker level.
   Anti-magic Touch - Magebreaker must make a Will save each time an item is aquired to prevent his or her touch from removing any special magic from said item.
   Still Soul - The Flow of Magic does not move through the Magebreaker. He or she cannot cast spells.

2: Weapon of Zeal - Any weapon the Magebreaker wields gains a temporary attack bonus of +1 per Magebreaker level.

3: Forever Onward - The Magebreaker becomes immune to effects that would slow his movement.

4: Armor of Will - The Magebreaker becomes immune to ability and level drain effects.

5: Great Bellow - The Magebreaker releases a terrifying yell when he or she enters a Barbarian Rage that disrupts spellcasters in the area for a time if they fail a Will save vs. fear.

6: Exacting Blow - The Magebreaker's attacks become more dangerous, becoming more likely to make critical hits.

7: Persistence - The Magebreaker's will to succeed lets him or her regenerate 1 hitpoint per round.

8: Crushing Blow - The Magebreaker's weapon attacks become more powerful, inflicting extra damage.

9: Tenaciousness - The Magebreaker's regeneration increases to 3 hitpoints per round.

10: Glorious Rage - When first entering a Barbarian Rage, all spellcasters around the Magebreaker are stunned for a short time by the power of the Magebreaker's will and anger. There is no saving throw against this effect.
